When did you start Bodybuilding?

I started lifting when I was 17


Describe your diet and training program

Heavy weight, high intensity, circuit training. I focus a lot on the stretch and contraction of the muscle

I eat around 4000 calories while bulking, and 2,300 calories while I’m cutting. I eat foods that are high in protein and carbs while staying away from unhealthy fats. Chicken, grits, sweat potatoes, spinach, eggs, steak, and oatmeal are all a big part of my diet. I use a clean protein powder, a good fish oil, a super food blend, BCAAs, L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Tumeric, a good Multivitamin, and a Casien powder before I go to bed

What are your favorite supplements?

Tumeric is my favorite Herb, Pomasil is my favorite protein powder, Re-feed is my favorite Casein, I am a big fan of Alpha aminos for my BCAAs, and I love L-Cutrulline and beat root.



Bodybuilding Achievements

I took first in the teen division at Stewart Fitness in Rockhill South Carolina. I am Sponsored by King Nutrition, and four local GNC franchise stores. I am also apart of Iron Heritage Bodybuilding, and British Built.

What are your goals for the future?

My goal is to enter the INBA, and eventually be the biggest natural man in the world
