When did you start Bodybuilding & how did you get started?

I started to lift weights when I was only 14 years of age. After I stopped playing football for 5 years I wanted to get into something else because I truly didn’t love the sport. My dad suggested that him and I started going to the gym before he went to work and before I went to school. Around the gym there were plenty of bodybuilders that I made friends with and ever since I realized that I could be big and cut I was hooked.

Describe your diet and supplementation

My body is constantly changing. I don’t need a lot of calories to grow really. I can get away with 3500 calories to grow. Although this year I am really increasing the calories to put on the size I feel I need. The staple of my diet is clean foods though I do include my free meal in once a day to help me get my calories in. Even with school I generally eat 6-8 times a day. My body needs high protein, fat, and carbs to grow.

Meal 1: 10 egg whites 3 whole eggs 2 cups oatmeal 2 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 2: 8-10 oz lean ground beef 2 cups pasta 2 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3: Bowl of chicken and rice 2 tbsp peanut butter
