When did you start Bodybuilding & how did you get started?

When I was a freshmen in high school all I did was play baseball, I started getting into weightlifting for my school, them I started getting all the magazines and learning a lot about bodybuilding! My junior year of high school I got in a really bad car accident and my weightlifting career ended. I started going back to the gym a year later at 17 years old. The owner of my gym reintroduced me to bodybuilding and talked me into competing. I waited till I was 18 to compete in my first show!

Sunday- Legs (quads)

Mon- Chest & Tris

Tue- Back & Bis

Wed- Shoulders & Traps

Thurs- Legs (hams)

Fri- Rest

Sat- Back

I train calves every other day because it’s one of those muscles I was t genetically gifted with!

Describe your diet and supplementation

In the offseason I eat about 8-9 meals a day. I eat every 2 and half hours. I try not to eat really dirty in the offseason. I’d rather stay a little leaner.

Pre Contest I eat 6-7 meals a day every 3 hours. Always keep my protein. High my fats real low and my carbs moderately high around 265-270! I’m very carb sensitive and I’ll lose weight on the scale when they’re really low but ill still look full. So I don’t drop them too low!

What are your favorite supplements? 

My favorite supps are in offseason: pre workout, intra workout carb matrix, protein, creatine!

What are your goals for the future?

2014 goals are to win teen Europa Orlando in April. And hopefully qualify for a national show!

I am a personal trainer in Spring Hill, FL! And I’ll be attending school for a nutritionist degree.
